We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our ETF Baskets team. This is a Dublin, Ireland based role with a requirement to work 06:00 – 14:30, 07:00 – 15:30, 08:00 to 16:30 and 09:00 to 17:30 on rotation as required. 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all work within the team. 

Ensuring adherence to BNY Mellon standard policies, procedures and controls at all times. 

Managing the basket production workflow to service multiple clients/funds. 

Reviews data and assists in resolving escalated problems that may arise during the normal daily, weekly or monthly accounting and reporting. 

Ensuring client concerns/requests are addressed as soon as possible and within an agreed timetable. 

Supervises/manages the day-to-day operations of a small- to medium-sized team of fund administrators fund accounting support team. 

Assist, as required, with planning, testing and implementation of internal and client driven projects. 

  

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

Can demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills 

Can demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Can demonstrate strong attention to detail and are well organized 

Can communicate any significant operational issues that arise to Manager 

IT Literate – Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint desirable. 

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines 

Ability to be flexible and work effectively both within a team structure and independently 

Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 

At least 2 years work experience within a similar environment 

Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
